By accessing or using Xyron or Xyron Plus (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
Xyron is provided as-is. You agree not to misuse the bot, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a manner that may damage Discord servers or communities.
Xyron Plus is a paid upgrade to the base bot. Payments are final — no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including misuse, server bans, or changes to features.
We reserve the right to terminate access to any user or server abusing the system, attempting to bypass security, or acting maliciously.
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use Xyron, including but not limited to server data loss, moderation actions, or server downtime.
We may update these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
